Yesterday's image was from the prow of a yacht; today's from a comparable position on a CalMac ferry. This is of the approach to Lochranza, Arran, and its a reminder that here is an island that offers much. Check out this website and look to Brodick Castle of the National Trust for Scotland. There's a reminder of its having the only island country park, which stretches from the seashore to the mountain top.
